Customer Support
Comminus Customer Support provides a specialized support to the companies in the use of products and services. In our Support Center, our employees take the questions for services that Comminus portfolio provides and solve them and coordinate with remote access or at the client's location.
Services of specialized support include:
- defining the nature of the problem
- identifying the type of support necessary
- issuing an order to the respective expert within the team to provide the service
- keeping track of implementation
Portfolio Comminus Customer Support includes support for the problems on SQL Server Data Base, Data Management, application solutions and complete IT system of users (so called system administration).
