eRegisters represent the whole application system which is used for electronic data management in registers and files. This is a system with the unique, standardized interface which enables users to review, enter and update data in any register within the system.
This is an ideal solution for system consolidation of state administration registers, especially the Ministries, Institutes and Agencies that through its implementation enables access to absolutely any piece of information ever entered into any of the existing registers in state administration. As an upgrade, Comminus also provides completely customized reporting system drawn on registers which enable Directors, Secretaries or Ministers a quick access summarized data as well as the analytics.
The eRegister system incorporates a group of central function modules that are usable in the same way in every particular register regardless of the subject that the register covers.
Application system central modules are:
- module for administration of user's rights and roles within the application system
- module for exporting data from application lists into the format of MS Excel file
- module for central search of a register's content by key words
- module for searching and filtrating data within the registers
- module for notification – informing the user about expiring (related to the date field in the application) with the possibility of user settings
